CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it, sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. If you are unable to make your appointment time, please kindly notify Olivia through Instagram @oliviaclairehair or by email hairbyoliviaclaire@gmail.com. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged and upheld for no-shows or cancellations within a 48 hour period of scheduled appointment.
